Patrick Kelley - Chief Executive Officer
Pat is a distinguished leader within the Human Services industry and has held numerous leadership roles during his career spanning more than 30 years. As Chief Operating Officer for ResCare, he led operations across 40+ states across a range of services including Residential, Workforce, Education & Training, and Pharmacy Services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Science and Social Work from the University of Louisville.

Joe Deans - Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions
Joe leads our growth and acquisitions strategy bringing over 18 years' experience leading healthcare M&A transactions and strategic financial planning & analysis across a broad range of care environments including: Post-Acute Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care, Homecare & Hospice, and Substance Abuse Treatment.
He has extensive knowledge of the transaction process (both operations and real estate) with demonstrated success guiding business owners through the complex process of selling their business and ensuring their patients and employees enjoy a smooth transition and seamless integration under the new ownership.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville and has earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Additionally, he has frequently appeared as a panelist speaker at various healthcare investor industry conferences.
During his career, Joe has executed transactions (from both the buy-side and sell-side) encompassing 150+ individual healthcare facility locations. Prior to NeuLife, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Diversicare Healthcare Services leading the company's enterprise growth and portfolio strategy, and as Director of Planning and Development for Kindred Healthcare, a national leader of post-acute healthcare, among other roles.

Anthony Piagentini - Vice President of Strategic Business Expansion
Anthony Piagentini is a 25-year healthcare executive with experience in operations, business development, and public policy. He began his career in pharmaceutical finance but quickly moved to sales, marketing, and sales training. Afterward he spent time running operations and business development for pharmaceutical services companies helping to navigate complex payer challenges for rare biotech products.
Anthony became the VP of Managed Care for BrightSpring Health Services. After that he worked for WellCare Health Plans first as a Sr. Director of Business Development and then as a Sr. Director of Provider Relations.
Anthony served his country as a United States Marine from 2003-2011. This included a combat tour in Ramadi, Iraq. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University and an MBA in Global Management through the University of Phoenix.
In this role, Anthony will be responsible for organic growth across all business lines with a focus on expanding NeuLife’s payer base.

Tabitha Vanns - Chief Financial Officer
Tabitha is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, manufacturing, and healthcare. She has worked with both PE backed and publicly held companies, bringing structure and financial discipline to organizations. With a passion for healthcare, Tabitha is a strategic leader who excels in cross-functional and international/domestic matters.
Tabitha holds a master's degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA. Her expertise includes streamlining and automating processes, integrating systems, and reducing close timeline and reporting. She has also led M&A activities, including due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration. As a functional leader in HRM implementation, Tabitha has proven her ability to team-build, gain consensus, and lead organizations across multiple functions. She has also served as a project lead on EPM and ERP implementation.
In her previous roles, Tabitha has made significant contributions. At NeuLife Rehabilitation, she currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. She previously held positions as the Controller and SVP of Finance at Wellpath, LLC, the Federal and State Tax Manager at Nissan North America, Inc., and the Tax Manager at Murray, Inc. She began her career as a Tax Staff at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Tabitha is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
With her extensive experience, strategic mindset, and strong financial background, Tabitha is a valuable asset to any organization.

Robbi Watnik - Chief Compliance Officer
Robbi has been at the forefront of building and implementing compliance programs for healthcare entities for over 25 years serving as the compliance officer for a long-term care enterprise and a network of specialty offices. She also served as Compliance Officer for the Veterans Health Administration and HIPAA Privacy Officer for the Department of Defense Health Agency. Robbi received her Law Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and is certified in Health Care Privacy Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association.

Throughout his career, Jordan has progressed from a Staff Accountant to a Senior Accountant in the healthcare sector, where he played a vital role in financial strategy development, cost management, and regulatory compliance. He also gained valuable insights in government contracting within the manufacturing industry, specifically with the Department of Defense (DoD).
