Patrick Kelley - Chief Executive Officer
Pat is a distinguished leader within the Human Services industry and has held numerous leadership roles during his career spanning more than 30 years. As Chief Operating Officer for ResCare, he led operations across 40+ states across a range of services including Residential, Workforce, Education & Training, and Pharmacy Services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Science and Social Work from the University of Louisville.

Tabitha Vanns - Strategic CFO with Expertise in Healthcare and Financial Management
Tabitha Vanns is an executive leader with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years across public accounting, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Her role in both private equity-backed and publicly held companies has been pivotal in introducing structure and financial discipline to organizations. Renowned for her dedication to healthcare, Tabitha excels as a strategic leader with a strong focus on cross-functional and international/domestic matters.
Possessing a master's degree in accounting and holding a CPA license, Tabitha's expertise lies in streamlining and automating processes, system integration, and reducing close timelines and reporting. Her proficiency extends to leading M&A activities, including due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration. Tabitha's impact in HRM implementation underscores her ability to foster team-building, gain consensus, and lead organizations across multiple functions. Notably, she has served as a project lead on EPM and ERP implementation, further showcasing her dynamic skill set.
Tabitha's contributions have been invaluable throughout her career, including her current position as the Chief Financial Officer at NeuLife Rehabilitation. Her previous roles include serving as the Controller and SVP of Finance at Wellpath, LLC, the Federal and State Tax Manager at Nissan North America, Inc., and the Tax Manager at Murray, Inc. She commenced her career as a Tax Staff at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
As a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and a holder of a Master of Science in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University, Tabitha has demonstrated her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. Complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution, her extensive experience, strategic acumen, and robust financial background position her as a highly valuable asset to any organization. NeuLife Rehabilitation's financial success is a testament to her expertise and leadership.

Anthony Piagentini - Vice President of Strategic Business Expansion
Anthony Piagentini is a 25-year healthcare executive with experience in operations, business development, and public policy. He began his career in pharmaceutical finance but quickly moved to sales, marketing, and sales training. Afterward he spent time running operations and business development for pharmaceutical services companies helping to navigate complex payer challenges for rare biotech products.
Anthony became the VP of Managed Care for BrightSpring Health Services. After that he worked for WellCare Health Plans first as a Sr. Director of Business Development and then as a Sr. Director of Provider Relations.
Anthony served his country as a United States Marine from 2003-2011. This included a combat tour in Ramadi, Iraq. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University and an MBA in Global Management through the University of Phoenix.
In this role, Anthony will be responsible for organic growth across all business lines with a focus on expanding NeuLife’s payer base.

Tera Welch - COO of NeuLife Rehabilitation
Tera Welch is an experienced executive known for her adept leadership and strategic vision in challenging environments. Now serving as the COO of NeuLife Rehabilitation, she has effectively guided the organization through significant growth and operational excellence.
Tera's proactive approach and commitment to patient-centered care have been instrumental in driving NeuLife's success. Her hands-on leadership style and collaborative efforts with the team have resulted in transformative achievements.
Tera's extensive network spans healthcare institutions, funding bodies, and government agencies, providing a solid foundation for NeuLife's growth and expansion. Her leadership was pivotal in the acquisition and rebranding of NeuLife, positioning it as a key player in the rehabilitation industry.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Health Care Management, Tera leads NeuLife Rehabilitation of Florida with a focus on operational excellence and growth initiatives.

Tom Walton - Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development
Tom is a seasoned finance and M&A professional with a robust background in corporate finance and corporate development. Over the course of his career, he has developed a keen ability to partner with business owners, helping them identify and execute strategies that ensure successful business transitions. As Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development at NeuLife Rehabilitation, Tom leverages his expertise to drive strategic growth and manage complex transactions. In this role, he plays a critical part in identifying and executing opportunities that align with the company's long-term vision and objectives. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University and is dedicated to advancing NeuLife’s mission through thoughtful, results-driven corporate development.

Tatiana Montalvo - CHRO Chief Human Resources Officer
Tatiana is an experienced leader in the field of Human Resources, with a diverse background spanning 18 years. Her expertise encompasses various industries, such as mental health, business administration, manufacturing, and change management. Tatiana has worked across the non-profit, private, and public sectors, gaining valuable insights and knowledge along the way.
Tatiana's educational achievements are impressive. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. In addition, she obtained an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Behavioral Analysis Graduate Certificate from the University of Cincinnati.
With Tatiana at the helm of our Human Resources team, we are confident in her ability to drive success and foster a positive work environment. Her extensive experience and multidisciplinary background make her an invaluable asset to our organization.

Robbi Watnik - Chief Compliance Officer
Robbi has been at the forefront of building and implementing compliance programs for healthcare entities for over 25 years serving as the compliance officer for a long-term care enterprise and a network of specialty offices. She also served as Compliance Officer for the Veterans Health Administration and HIPAA Privacy Officer for the Department of Defense Health Agency. Robbi received her Law Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and is certified in Health Care Privacy Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association.

Adam Lukasik - Corporate Controller
Adam Lukasik is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience in private industry and public accounting. Specializing in financial statement preparation, accounting for complex transactions, and streamlining accounting processes, Adam brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
As Director of Corporate Accounting at NeuLife Rehabilitation, Adam ensures accuracy and transparency in financial reporting while supporting various business functions, including treasury, tax services, and acquisitions. His extensive background includes managing multinational teams, leading financial audits, and optimizing systems to enhance efficiency.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and has been a licensed CPA in Tennessee since 2008.

Jordan Rickels - Senior Financial Analyst
Jordan Rickels is a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in healthcare finance and accounting. With over 5 years of experience in financial management, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry and its financial landscape.
Throughout his career, Jordan has progressed from a Staff Accountant to a Senior Accountant in the healthcare sector, where he played a vital role in financial strategy development, cost management, and regulatory compliance. He also gained valuable insights in government contracting within the manufacturing industry, specifically with the Department of Defense (DoD).
Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst in the healthcare industry, Jordan leverages his diverse background to provide strategic financial guidance, conduct in-depth analysis, and drive decision-making processes. His proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics supports organizational objectives and fosters sustainable growth.
